Merrivale was our very first project build and we have fond memories of building it!

This charming bungalow in Worting Village has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large open plan kitchen and living space opening onto a pretty lawned garden. Flooded with natural light, this contemporary home offers flexible accommodation perfectly suited to a couple or small family.

The large, open-plan kitchen and living room has shaker-style units, integrated appliances and a generous run of bifold doors opening up onto the garden. There is laminated timber flooring in the kitchen and hallways, tiling under foot in the bathrooms and the bedrooms are carpeted. With underfloor heating and an energy efficient heat pump we’ve built a warm and comfortable home whilst keeping the bills low.
